Die traditionelle Thai Yoga Körperarbeit wird in Thailand Nuad genannt und bedeutet übersetzt „heilsame Berührung“. Nuad verwendet Handballen, Daumen, Unterarmen, Knie und Füße und das ganze Körpergewicht des Praktikers. Es wird auf Energiebahnen, Sen Linien, und wichtigen Akupressurpunkten gearbeitet, wodurch Stagnationen und Blockaden gelöst werden können. Energielinienarbeit und passive Yogastellungen, die  wohltuend auf den ganzen Körper und das Nervensystem wirken, werden miteinander verbunden. Dazu kommen sanfte Atemübungen und Meditation. Bei der Anspannung atmest du aus, bei der Entspannung ein: so ergibt sich eine kopfbefreiende Meditation. Das Ganze passiert in luftiger Kleidung bekleidet, auf einer weichen Matte am Boden.

Jivamukti Open Class welcomes practitioners of all levels. You work at your own pace, following the teacher’s verbal as well as hands-on guidance. Asana options will be provided for beginners, intermediate and advanced students. Medium Vinyasa class follows the same basic structure as the Easy class, with a slightly more dynamic pace and introducing medium level asana.
