Unwanted touching!!!

I went to her salon for a refill of my acrylic nails, which I was pleased with the service. My manicurist did on my nails. She listen and follow direction. Well, I saw as the shape and color I desired. I was happy with the service I was receiving until, the manicurist called uncle Johnny started making statements to me and another customer sitting next to me as “once you go black, you never go back.” Then he started to rub my shoulders and massage my neck which he stated was a Ku-Fu massage. At one point during this unwanted massage uncle Johnny shoved my head down as if to get a better grip on my shoulders. This whole incident took place in front of the other customers in the salon while my nail service was being completed. I felt embarrassed and humiliated. I don’t plan on coming back to the salon again.

Never again

My nails look like a 2 year old painted them. Waste of time and money!

Beautiful place and great service

My daughters and I went to the Northwood location. We went to get pedicures. We were greeted enthusiastically and helped right away. The ladies who helped us were very sweet and did a phenomenal job. I’m so happy to have discovered this place because it is five minutes from my house. It will definitely be our new “go to” place.

Upsetting Results

I finally decided to treat myself to a mani/pedi after months of wanting one and ended up feeling very unhappy after leaving. I went to the Normandy location in Ellicott City, MD. I just got the basic pedicure, which was great and felt very pampering. I decided to spend extra for a gel manicure so my nails would stay nice throughout my mini vacation. I’m very unhappy with the results. I asked for my nails to be trimmed just above the finger tip and they are all uneven. My pointer finger nails are still long and I even asked the technician to file them down more so it would be closer to the length I want it, but she didn’t do too much to fix it. My ring and pinky finger nails were cut ridiculously short. I asked for a square shaped nail, but to round out the corners a bit so they wouldn’t be sharp on the corners. She completely rounded out all my nails, which made the nails she cut too short look worse. When I got in my car and had the chance to fully inspect my nails I noticed my one pinky nail was filed weird to the point it was creating a sharp angle and all the nails were rough on the edges. I had to go back in and try to get that fixed a bit. I’m so frustrated seeing and feeling my nails be completely uneven ranging from too long to too short. I opted for a dark blue polish, so it’s even more noticeable. My decision to splurge and try a new place has left me feeling irritated and frustrated I have to wait it out a couple weeks until my nails grow in and look normal again. I felt like my requests for how I wanted my nails to be were not heard. The technician was chatting on her phone for a good part of my manicure, so maybe this caused a distraction from doing her job properly. Besides the upsetting results of my manicure, the salon was very nice and clean. Every one was very nice. I‘m not sure if I will go back though.

Great Place

I took my mom for her first manicure and pedicure ever. We had a really nice time. Salon was clean and welcoming.

Horrible Pedicure experience

I had an appointment at 3 pm for a mothers days pedicure but when I got there they made me wait for 45 mins and the staff did not even acknowledge the fact that I was waiting . If you cannot honor appointments then please don’t let people make them I will not be returning back as a customer

My pedicure experience

FaceTime their place was immaculate. The ambience was amazing. Customer service was amazing. Was greeted and made you feel at home. Pedicures amazing but definitely go back again.
