Core Control Physio offers Post-Partum Classes "What's Up Down There?", as well as pelvic floor/core physiotherapy. All services are provided via live teleconference, from the comfort of your home. Once you have booked your appointment, you will receive a welcome email, which will include a link to our virtual waiting room.
