Great Place

Every time I have been there with family or just my wife we’ve loved it. They are very professional but also don’t make you feel like you don’t belong. 10/10

Gates were locked

Made a tee time on the website for 11-6-23 from 6:00pm-8:00pm and the gates were locked. No phone call or anything. Very disappointed.

Pricey simulators that don't work well and poor customer service

Was excited to try your simulators, though not excited at the $55/hour pricetag. Another place across town that has simulators was booked, so we decided to come anyway. Told the guy at the desk it was our first time, but he didn't give hardly any helpful information to get us going. Had quite a few problems with our balls registering. Had to putt multiple times on multiple occasions. When your worker heard us getting frustrated, he told us it was probably because our clubs were in front of the sensor. That would have been nice to know in the beginning, not at least a half hour into the session! We booked for 2 hours but decided to quit early because of the issues with sensing our ball and the accuracy of the simulators. He still tried to charge us for 2 hours, and got annoyed when I stated it had only been 1.5 hours. Paid $100 for the experience with our drinks included, and didn't think it was worth even close to that much money.

Simulators

Made a reservation for the simulator. Left an email and phone number. Showed up to play and was told they’re down and have been down. Why wait until we show up? Isn’t that why we leave a phone number on the reservation? Isn’t that something that you should put up on your website? Kind of ridiculous.

thanks for fitting me in. Need to replace your golf balls, I got 5-10 more yards carry with mine. I would replace the dark colored tees with light colored, as the dark ones hard to find in the corners of the room.
