FAQ   

What would the hours of work be?

Our Customer Support Centre is open during the below time frames:

Monday - Saturday: 8.00am - 7.00pm

Sunday: 8.00am - 5.00pm

You will need to be available to work during these time periods.

I've applied for a casual role. How many hours will I get?

You must be available to work 4 days per week, and you will receive roughly 15-25 hours per week in shifts.

I've applied for a full time role. What will my roster look like?

We do our best to ensure you have two consecutive days off. These will likely be a Friday & Saturday off, or a Sunday & Monday off.

I know this role requires accurate typing...  but how accurate?

You must be able to type 60 words per minute at 95% accuracy.

What is the rate of pay?

We pay under the General Retail Award. If you want to know more, you can find the award on Google and search for the Level 1 rate.

What should I wear?

Put your best foot forward! We'd encourage you to wear business attire for the interview.
