Jenna Kham
With a background in Osteopathic-based Massage Therapyand mobility training, Jenna uses her passion for wholistic wellness in a clinical setting to help her clients realign, balance their bodies, and start living more pain-free lives. She utilizes Myofascial stretching techniques, Swedish Massage Therapy and Reflexology.
Jenna has been practicing as a Licensed Massage Practitioner since 2020 and has been working with individuals in the health and wellness industry for over a decade. She is a graduate of the Advanced program at Wellington Collage of Remedial Massage Therapies in Winnipeg, Manitoba and has proven competency to 2200 hours Massage Therapy education.
Jenna is committed to life-long learning and is always adding new skills and techniques to her toolbelt. She has most recently completed a Fascial Integration workshop and has helped relieve many clients of chronic pain with the use of the techniques learned.
Jenna also has training in Pre/Post Sports Massage, Aromatherapy and Hot Stone Massage. With her experience and passion for health and wellness, you can feel confident in receiving an efficient and effective treatment plan for your needs.
