Personal training with Chad Gill
This session was fantastic. Chad gave us exercises which challenged our strength and fitness levels, whilst also introducing us to new exercises. Throughout the session he constantly monitored our technique and provided constructive feedback. He was very motivating and we are both keen to come back for another session soon.
