At Organic Embodiment Rebeca Montero trains, helps and encourage the efficient use of your body for a daily live which can bring a renew sense of health and vitality, Helping you with your body through manual treatment and through personal training techniques
Rebeca Montero is a Functional Anatomy enthusiast. Always learning different treatments in order to help people accessing their bodies. She will provide a personalise massage depending on your own requirements. Either if you want to learn more about your body, or you want to to relief pain or just relax yourself.
On the manual treatment she will use touch (deep tissue manipulation, movement awareness, exercise and massage) to improve your body structure and function. Her aim is for you to reduce pain, heal musculoskeletal units and also to make more aware of your own body and its possibilities.
Due to extensive experience in different sports through her live and also in Hyper mobility issues , she herself has studies with many inspiring teachers and trainers helping her to deepen her knowledge in functional anatomy, yoga and manual therapies. She is always on the search for more techniques in order to aid people to discover their full body/mind potencial.

Your first massage appointment will involve a massage therapist taking a detailed medical history. This is to make sure that there are no underlying medical conditions that would indicate massage is not suitable – if this is the case, the therapist will refer you to your GP or another suitable health practitioner. If you and the therapist are satisfied with the consultation, the massage will go ahead. The therapist can be present or if you prefer can leave the room while you undress to your underwear. Once on the couch the therapist will drape you in towels for your comfort. Some techniques used during massage may be uncomfortable but should not be painful. Please tell the therapist if the pressure is too deep or at all painful. The massage should be a deeply pleasant experience. Also ask the therapist to go deeper if you feel it is too light. Please drink water after the treatment to allow the body to flush out toxins from the muscles that the therapist has been working on.
