Hello and Welcome!
My name is Beth Boyd and I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you and introduce myself as your Quality Assurance Performance Facilitator (QAPF).
My main responsibility will be to help you reach our goal, of being the best Road America CSP, by providing superior service to each and every customer. One way we can do this is by partnering to achieve this goal.
As your QAPF I will be your first point of contact in helping you to clarify any client procedural issues.

However, I ask that you direct all questions pertaining to schedule adherence, service revenue, time away requests, and technical support to the IBO and/or Arise Support located on the Portal.
