Hello and Welcome!
My name is Beth Boyd and I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you and introduce myself as your Quality Assurance Performance Facilitator (QAPF).
My main responsibility will be to help you reach our goal, of being the best Road America CSP, by providing superior service to each and every customer. One way we can do this is by partnering to achieve this goal.
As your QAPF I will be your first point of contact in helping you to clarify any client procedural issues.

An RPTO session is a live interaction that allows me to observe your calls and your screen, through Adobe, for a short time, approx. 30 mins (only 1-3 calls), while you are servicing. This successful technique helps you to lower AHT and perfect your call flow, with a specific focus on most common challenge areas such as navigation, mapping and after call work (ACW). Please schedule an appointment at least 15 mins prior to your scheduled servicing time, so that you can join my adobe room and get logged into everything before your shift starts.
