Reiki supports your healing progress, for you to come into harmony and balance with itself. What are the benefits? Reiki helps individuals feel an wholeness feeling within ourself. In my sessions we will target any imbalances that you would like to focus on and if I'm drawn to any blockages in the session, I'll apply the appropriate symbols and energy to those areas, whether they are physical, emotional or past traumas. You may feel a difference in one session, depending how deep we need to go and how intricate the blockage is it may take a few sessions for you to feel aligned and rejuvenated. This session is remote, so that means you can be in your home and the practitioner can be in another location and send the healing to you. All is needed is an open mind, we can talk about this in our consultation and the Practitioner can send it to where it needs to go.
