Tha department of Justice consumer protection .. it actually works I made a complaint 4 years ago a company was not able to do bussiness in our state anymore

Nonexistent after sale customer service
L stream hearing aid battery stopped holding a charge, over 8 weeks of multiple calls per week , still have not received a response. Complete waste of money!

Poor service!!!
Dorian Hisatomi never called for the 2pm appointment. If you call the support number all you get is pre-recorded messages trying to sell you items not related to Hearing assist. Purchasing was a huge mistake.

Not impressed.
I talked with a Tyler. And I was not overly impressed how he was able to help me. Couldn't really help me much on how my hearing assist stream was supposed to work. I guess I will work with it and figure out how to use it. Maybe someone else could help me more.

No call back after schedule appointment
I am very disappointed in the customer service for this company. I tried three days in a row to schedule one was at 8 PM one was at 7 PM the following day and the third day was at 12 noon. No response from a person in your company. This is my third set of controls. The first that I got was an older model new in package and the rocker switch broke on it. The second set had battery issues would never charge to 100%. One day of charge to 64% and the following day it was only 52%, I would give negative stars but unfortunately I can only give it one star because that’s all that this app allowed me to do. I would like to hear back from somebody but I’m not holding out hope that that will happen so I’m on my third set and we’ll see how this one works out.

Your Customer Service
In 10/06/22 I received a set of IQ4's to replace the set I had purchased and was well satisfied in 2020 but the batteries failed. Your rep suggested the IQ4's and I was not happy with them. I called technical support and connected with Yvonne Walsh. I explained my plight and she suggested I try a set of Controls. I received them on 10/21/22 and began the "learning curve" with them. After a few speed bumps and with support from your Customer Support i was able to get them to work fantastically! The only problem was they would not Charge to 100% ... typically in the 70 to 80% MAX. The hearing aids worked for about 4 to 5 hours MAX. But then ... I still had had the IQ$s and used them the remainder of the day. I connected with Yvonne and she gave me some tips ... RUN THE BATTERIES DOWN as low as you can ... clean the contacts in the charger and aids with light alcohol and or erasers. I tried these ... ALL TO NO AVAIL! ... all I could get was an occasional 90%. So, undaunted I tried to contact Yvonne and other C.S. reps. Couldn't raise anyone! Finally ... frustrated ... on 1-25-23 i tried after after having visited Walmart. Finally I connected with someone who after I explained my tale of woe ... Walked me thru your website and within an hour or so had an appointment with Dorian. She was understanding ... but was cautious in giving me a firm solution because the aids were past the 60 day limit. I have to admit that I tried calling as often as I could but got no response to my request for technical help or part replacement.

No one calls back
No one called me for my 10 am appointment. Called the call center at 10:22. They verified my phone was in the system. And sent a message marked urgent. Email notice verifying call had correct number. Called 3 times last week. 2nd message call center left was marked asap. I called the next day and they sent another message. Sent a written message over the weekend. No reply as of Monday afternoon. It's 12:52 and my 12:45 appointment has not called. Bought at Walmart Vision Center...no training offered and staff indicated no response to repeated requests for training.
