Welcome to my practice! I provide evidence-based, individualized, caring, and compassionate music therapy services to the greater Knoxville area.*******NEW CLIENTS***********All new clients must contact me directly before scheduling any sessions. Individual appointments may be scheduled AFTER an assessment session is completed. Please contact me at 865-951-6477 or at adseaton@knoxvillemusictherapy.com. *******************************I welcome all new clients with a variety of developmental, cognitive, and mental health needs. I specialize in early intervention for children with Autism, Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD), communication disorders, ADD / ADHD, sensory processing issues, and other related special needs and developmental delays. I have experience working with a wide variety of mental health issues, rare genetic diagnoses, traumatic brain injuries, adoption and attachment issues, and , I also offer family and parent education about connection-based and heart-focused techniques and approaches for all families.I have designations in Neurological Music Therapy (NMT) and NICU Music Therapy, and I am a Music Together Within Therapy Provider. Individual MTWT and NMT interventions may be used in any or all individually booked sessions. Group MTWT sessions and individual NICU MT sessions are not yet available for online booking and must be pre-approved.
