Any advice given is solely based on my personal experience, knowledge, and research. This is not counselling, there is no expectation from me to solve issues but guide you in the best direction for your circumstance. A friendly and open phone call where I prioritise you and make you comfortable. In a busy world, sometimes it is hard to confide in family members & friends, to truly listen to us. It is important to take the time to offload our problems, not suppress them. With this service, I give you the time and the environment to let go with the purest intentions to help you feel freer. *

What is Active Listening Messaging? This is a confidential messaging service.
If you are someone who isn’t comfortable with phone calls or prefers texting, but would still like to offload and express your feelings. I offer a messaging service.
This will be done on messaging applications: Signal, Telegram, Slack, Whatsapp. Simply download the app you would like or frequently use. * Or if you prefer direct messaging through Instagram this will be done through @Mindfullouise. Email is also an option.
This is a messaging space where no topics are off-limits, we can explore together. I focus on giving you instant replies with open questions and active listening by being present for you. Any advice given is solely based on my personal experience, knowledge, and research.
The messaging can be constant or not. With this service, I give you the time and the environment to let go with the purest intentions to help you feel freer.
*If there isn't a messaging application here that you would like to use please directly contact me and we can use what you feel comfortable with
*Each messaging session is booked for a standard of 2 hours. The payment covers the standard service time. I have allocated this space, there is no pressure to conversate for the whole standard time, this time is giving you the freedom to know I am available for you. Please directly contact me if you would like a different fixed time appointment. Example of fixed appointments: 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 1-hour sessions.Prices are subject to change

I will guide you into a new mindset using his philosophy and breaking down the philosophy to adapt to your everyday life. This approach is a guide to personal freedom it focuses on how to acquire peace of mind and understand people better. This Mindful Chat is also open to general mindful living approaches.*
