Let's Connect Today.What is Reiki...(REI), defined as higher intelligence that guides the universe & (KI), vital for life to exist flows through our energetic channels known as chakras, nadis & meridians as well as in & around our (aura). Reiki is an intelligent force that knows exactly where to go & how to respond to flow of energy in your system.It always knows what a person needs & will adjust itself to what is appropriate for them. Reiki cannot harm, is safe to use in pregnancy & children & is always helpful.What can Reiki Do for you... One hour of Reiki is the physiological equivalent of 3-4 hours sleep. Reiki can reduce stress & anxiety, help clear emotional blockages, relieve pain, cleanse toxins & improves organ function just to name a few as it helps your body shift into the paratympanic nervous system the (rest & digest) mode that our body needs to be in in order for healing to occur... but our busy fast past lifestyle & daily stressor's quickly flick us back to the reactive sympathetic nervous system the (flight or fight) mode... getting regular Reiki sessions can help combat this.Reiki can also be a pathway to spirituality sending you into a deep meditative sate as it connects you to a higher frequency & is sometimes the missing link into opening up your awareness, deepening your intuition & connecting you with your higher self. What to expect in a Reiki Session... During the session Jess will use either a hands on or a hovering hand technique used in Reiki for the energy to flow, Reiki is 100% safe but you may experience feelings of deep peace & relaxation, warmth, coolness, tingling, twitches or butterflies. You may even fall asleep. Many people who receive Reiki on a regular basis note deeper feelings of peace, relaxation & balance, able to handle the stressor's in life more easily & have deeper self awareness.
