Due to the dynamics of our schedule, we sometimes have available slots in the next couple of days or even on the same day, which will not show as available in the calendar. This service can be used for new installs or machines not in production.Once booking is submitted and reviewed, you will receive an email with the first available slot and booking will be automatically re-scheduled. IBM will pre-load execs 2-3 days in advance, otherwise please indicate a specific pre-load date/time in the Optional Comments. Activities performed during pre-load (~1 hour depending on connection speed):IBM will contact Client prior connecting to the systemTransfer required VTD_execs to the TSSC and distribute these on the clusterRun system health checksSending pre-load completion status email*** Before the installation, stop all activity to the cluster being serviced.
