With eco concerns we don't want to burn wood on hot tubs and waste fuel for our quieter and hotter times of year. Only sauna and ice bath will be available to members until September will resume as normal. Hot tubs are available but only as private hire.
1 hour session including use of the ice bath, dip tank and sauna.

A selection of luxury holistic guided retreats for 2024 within the Uk, Czech republic and Lithuania with every element of your stay carefully considered. Our aim is to provide an experience that will be very challenging in ways you are not expecting, enlightening, educational and will lead the attendee on to a higher path and continued journey of healing through the power of sauna, cold and nature.
If you are looking for a genuinely profound experience that is guided by vetted expert facilitators in the field of sauna, cold therapy, sweat lodges, genuine breathwork and yoga in a luxury setting then you have arrived here not by chance.
Award yourself some time, slow down, turn off the phone, stop talking and sit, sleep well, eat well then let the journey begin with relaxation. This however is not a spa weekend away, this is designed to test you, to crack your shell open with the sole aim of self discovery. Intrigued?
We will have an online consultation prior to the applicant being accepted on to the retreat - if accepted we will send you details about the unique venues, and schedules along with the accommodation details.

Whether you are having a wedding, birthday, or simply want to have a treat as a couple this unique sauna with external hot showers and cold drench bucket will leave you and your guests revitalised. Offered as a 24 hour hire and delivered to your chosen location with guided instructions for use anywhere in the UK (Charges apply for delivery outside of Cornwall).

Delivery charge subject to location outside Cornwall.
We will guide you through a very intense 2 hour experience with up to 5 rounds of sauna. You will experience an authentic hot sauna ritual with salt inhalations, body scrubs, plant therapy with birch, oak, and maple leaves which are rubbed and whipped over the body. You will eat a specially formulated fruit menu and drink infused water and return to the sauna again and again to obtain a deep relaxation only attained through this process. We have guided mediations and other sauna surprises. Open doors you never knew were there.....
SWEATLODGE SESSIONS

A guided session in our custom made sweatlodge. This is not a traditional shamanic sweatlodge session but a detailed Water and Stone adaption of the process. Still held within an authentic sweatlodge structure you will enjoy the glowing red boulders

SWEATLODGE SESSIONS
A guided session in our custom made sweatlodge. This is not a traditional shamanic sweatlodge session but a detailed Water and Stone adaption of the process. Still held within an authentic sweatlodge structure you will enjoy the glowing red boulders and incredible steam as a group or individual. There is a sitting process at the start and finishing around the fire with fresh fruit, rock salts and water to re hydrate. We will guide you through our meditations and rituals over a 4 round round process for up to 10 people. Before booking please ring to discuss there are certain requirements expected and needed prior to arrival. This is a transformational experience. We need at least 6 people to run the lodge. If you do book and the session doesn't hit our target we will simply refund you or move the booking to another date until it fills.
