If you are looking for a genuinely profound experience that is guided by vetted expert facilitators in the field of sauna, cold therapy, sweat lodges, genuine breathwork and yoga in a luxury setting then you have arrived here not by chance.

Our mobile authentic Lithuanian steam sauna is an experience unlike any other supplied with wood. This is a wet sauna designed to create a steam pillow in the sauna. Whether you are having a wedding, birthday, or simply want to have a treat as a couple this unique sauna with external hot showers and cold drench bucket will leave you and your guests revitalised. Delivery charge subject to location outside Cornwall.
We will guide you through a very intense 2 hour experience with up to 5 rounds of sauna. You will experience an authentic hot sauna ritual with salt inhalations, body scrubs, plant therapy with birch, oak, and maple leaves which are rubbed and whipped over the body. You will eat a specially formulated fruit menu and drink infused water and return to the sauna again and again to obtain a deep relaxation only attained through this process. We have guided mediations and other sauna surprises. Open doors you never knew were there.....

A guided session in our custom made sweatlodge. This is not a traditional shamanic sweatlodge session but a detailed Water and Stone adaption of the process. Still held within an authentic sweatlodge structure you will enjoy the glowing red boulders

SWEATLODGE SESSIONS
A guided session in our custom made sweatlodge. This is not a traditional shamanic sweatlodge session but a detailed Water and Stone adaption of the process. Still held within an authentic sweatlodge structure you will enjoy the glowing red boulders and incredible steam as a group or individual. There is a sitting process at the start and finishing around the fire with fresh fruit, rock salts and water to re hydrate. We will guide you through our meditations and rituals over a 4 round round process for up to 10 people. Before booking please ring to discuss there are certain requirements expected and needed prior to arrival. This is a transformational experience. We need at least 6 people to run the lodge. If you do book and the session doesn't hit our target we will simply refund you or move the booking to another date until it fills.
