Water Bear Tattoo is a private tattoo studio in the heart of Saskatoon, SK. Located in one of the city's heritage buildings, WBT focuses on creating quality tattoo work as well as on building safe and welcoming spaces.
COVID-19 Protocol:
Clients who are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms or any symptom that has been connected to COVID-19 are asked to cancel appointment and not arrive at studio.Clients and visitors must wear a mask during their entire visit.Masks must be considered effective and be worn covering nose, mouth and chin.Appointments are currently one-on-one. Clients may not bring a support person at this time.Studio doors will be locked during and between appointments. Please contact us to arrange a visit.Accessibility:

Crys Heshka (they/them)
Crys (they/them) is a member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and is passionate about creating welcoming spaces where people can just be their genuine selves. As an introvert who struggles with ADHD-I, depression, and anxiety, they're also a body positivity and mental health advocate. While they don't necessarily fit into the typical tattoo artist mould, they've got a sentimental heart and their offbeat and surreal perspective is endearing.
As a self-taught visual artist, Crys has absorbed creative knowledge from many sources and, by blending them together, has developed a voice that is a true representation of who they are. Once they pulled away from the rigid structure of realism to the more freeing and expressive style of illustration, they became known for their vibrant colour work, playful watercolour, and off the wall feminist themes. Drawing inspiration from crafting, geekery, and the surreal, Crys' work is anything but ordinary. While they can be a bit quirky and odd, their tattoos are always done with care and a ton of heart.
