30 Minute Gait Analysis Session

Choose this option, if you (or your child) have not been treated by Gait Keeper PT before. Initial evaluations are $189. Evaluations are a 60 minute session which includes comprehensive evaluation with functional ability screening. Treatment program will be given following evaluation for home exercise program. Evaluation will also include (if applicable) manual therapy (massage, cupping, joint mobilization, passive stretching), dry needling, cupping, exercise techniques. Please choose this option if you are a first time patient. 

Choose this option if you are interested in dry needling only. Dry Needling evaluations are $99 and follow up treatments depend on treatment package chosen. Dry Needling uses a thin monofilament needle to create micro-trauma to an area in order to promote healing, increased blood flow, decreased pain, along with improved function and decreased tightness. 

Exercise programs are custom made by a doctor of physical therapy for each group/team or individual. Each person/group will typically receive a 6-8 week exercise program used for strengthening, endurance/aerobics, and/or plyometrics (Jumping/power). Each program is made based off of your goals or a teams goals.  These programs are great for pre-season training, post-training recovery, cross training, or general exercise purposes. Cost per program can range from $200-$300 depending on depth of program desired and amount of time spent developing program. You may discuss price with Gait Keeper Physical Therapy.
