Nuestras clases se centran en el alineamiento de las asanas, la flexibilidad y la integración de la fuerza muscular, todo mientras trabajamos en los puntos de energía que necesitan atención tanto a nivel físico como emocional.

Por ejemplo, si sufres de osteoporosis con debilidad en la espalda, trabajaremos en el equilibrio de tu tercer, cuarto y quinto chakra a través de visualizaciones para promover la autocuración y aliviar dolores. Además, practicaremos aperturas de hombros y pecho para movilizar la columna vertebral, y posturas de flexión para contrarrestar las aperturas y lubricar los huesos de la columna.

In your Initial appointment we will discuss your health history and have a conversation regarding your health concerns and goals so we can develop a plan to achieve your desired outcome.

The pricing also includes a 15 minute follow up call a week later to answer any questions you may have.

n your review appointment we will check in with your progress with your treatment plan and make any adjustments to the plan and prescription.

Clients requesting prescription repeats that have not had an appointment in 3 months or more will need to book a follow up prior to further dispensing as follow up tests or dosage adjustments may be required.

Exam stress? Big project at work causing you some stress? How about a nasty bout of tonsilitis or cold and flu that you need to be rid of?

Acute appointments are available for issues like this, where you need some short term support. If, however, you experience colds and flus frequently an Initial may be better suited for you as it may be a symptom of a bigger issue.
