An RPTO session is a live interaction that allows me to observe your calls and your screen, through Adobe, for a short time, approx. 30 mins (only 1-3 calls), while you are servicing. This successful technique helps you to lower AHT and perfect your call flow, with a specific focus on most common challenge areas such as navigation, mapping and after call work (ACW).
