A 90-minute combined workout and follow-up to determine a cyclist's Critical Power and Anaerobic Capacity, followed by simple programming for improved performance. 

This class is hosted by Jon. Two unique style workouts are fused together for one high energy workout! Kick off your workout on the bike with a 20-minute ride with sprints, hill climbs and heavy resistance. Follow your ride with HIIT Circuit (High intensity interval training)! This class will give you a mix of plyometrics, body weight, strength and core intervals. Strengthen your muscles, burn calories, kick up your heart rate, and push your limits, this is the total body experience.

This class is hosted by Kaila. Kaila is an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a passion for fitness, currently pursuing a fitness certification through the NASAM. She currently works as full-time teacher’s assistant but the thing that gives her life is catching a beat on the bike. In the past year and a half, she has lost 35lbs, dropped a couple pant sizes, and started to tone and gain muscle. Being active was one thing but working out was another challenge and her nutrition was everywhere. With some help, Kaila learned to properly workout, how to fuel her body, and gained a lot of confidence along the way.She knows there are always things she can work on, but her goal isn’t to just lose weight anymore. With a different mindset, a healthier lifestyle has formed and it’s all finally clicked! She is so happy with the confidence she has found in myself. Her open book personality and spunky attitude are huge assets to the team! Follow her moto, “Don’t give up because you’re worth it!”

On a occasion this music will be played by a live DJ at the studio giving off intense energy, enhancing a killer work out.
