Our world is faced with so much individual and collective grief needing a place to feel held and witnessed.
Grief is vast and may be felt from the loss through the death of a beloved, abortion, pet loss, the loss of a dream, the loss of a relationship, climate grief, grief felt as a result of global conflict and more.
As your Grief Companion, I offer a different form of support than that of traditional Grief Counselors or Therapists.
My philosophy of grief is not based in a pathological model (i.e mental health) but rather, that grief is a normal and natural human experience that must be witnessed and expressed.
It is my intention support your personal grief journey through radical truth-telling, somatic expression, ritual and meaning making.
Angela's death and grief support is rooted in anticolonial, antioppressive, non-ableist, inclusive and anti-carceral support.

It may look like exploring your own personal death awareness or death anxiety.
It may look like providing guidance, and support as you navigate a real death experience.
I am knowledgeable in areas of navigating the deathcare system, holistic alternatives to caring for dying individuals, and gently guiding caregivers to feel more confident and empowered as they face the unknowns.
In a world where healthcare systems are strained and people are left with more questions than answers, I hope to provide a calm, supportive energy to a time that is often scary, confusing and uncertain.
My death and grief support is anticolonial, antioppressive and non-ableist, inclusive and anti-carceral.
