Let one of our premier trainers guide you on a path of wellness created specifically for you and your dog. Many of the canine behaviors people consider "problem" are actually a dog's failed attempt to communicate their needs. Let one of our trainers help you understand and communicate with your dog in such a way that your entire household will find balance.Our private lessons are held in our state of the art facility in Maryville, IL. This is a prerequisite class that all dog owners must take before signing up for group classes. At the Got Your Six Support Dogs Training Academy we believe mental wellness should encompass humans and canines. Before anyone can train their dog, they must have the ability to understand them. What many people interpret as "problem" behaviors are actually a dog's attempt at communication. **THIS IS A HUMAN ONLY CLASS. Please no dogs** The $50 class is for 2 adults of the same household.

6 week course Weds 6-7pm. Held at our Red Hall farm venue. These classes are for you if you want a highly trained, engaged dog that you can enjoy on and off lead in a wide variety of places from a country park to the beach. This course starts you on the path to achieve this. We cover obedience foundations in a fun, effective way. Each activity has 3 levels so you will always be learning something new, or striving for that next level.In this course we cover- loose lead walking around distractions - heelwork both on and off lead- mental stimulation so dogs are physically and mentally satisfied- Playing including swap and drop- leave it/ wait - the difference between the two and why it's important- recall - including distraction ally!- sit -stays - how to increase duration and distance with the sit-stay- settle work - important pub/ café training! - send to bed  - Confidence and resilience building e.g. new surfaces, new smells, sights and sounds- basic first aid check and grooming tips- table confidence for small dogs that will be on a table at the vets- polite stranger and friend greetings (no jumping up!)We offer access to 1 training walk for any missed session. You will be given access to how to videos and pdfs and a weekly homework sheet

6 week course Sunday 10:30-11:30am. Suitable for all breeds and ages from puppy to Veteran. We have condensed our 3 part workshop series into one day, to enable those from further afield to join us.During this day we will revive your stacks and movement; polish your handling skills; recap exercises to build peak condition in your dogs and much more.Please bring a packed lunch with you, hot drinks will be provided, there is hot water for pot noodles etc. These places are limited and once booked are non-refundable. Stage 2 Provides an exterior wash, windows inside and out , complete vacuum of mats, seats, carpets, Front area wipe down of dash. Prices *BEGIN* at $119 for a car and $149 for an suv, non commercial van or truck. Extra charges will apply if the vehicle is exceptionally dirty, dog hair removal or if extra labour is required. Pricing and an estimated time of completion will be verified upon vehicle drop off.

Stage 2 Provides an exterior wash, windows inside and out , and a complete vacuum of mats, seats, carpets, complete wipe down of interior & vinyl panels, wash & dress tires, complete interior shampoo and air vents. Prices *BEGIN* at $259 to $299 for a car (depending on the size and condition) and $349 to $399 (depending on the size and condition) for a suv, non commercial van or truck. Extra charges will apply if the vehicle is exceptionally dirty, dog hair removal or if extra labour is required. Pricing and an estimated time of completion will be verified upon vehicle drop off.
