Hi, I’m Lila, a somatic trauma recovery coach. Daughter of Chinese refugees, first generation Canadian and recently immigrated to Oakland, California (occupied land of the Ohlone People). I am a bi-cultural, cis, queer woman of colour, able-bodied, and in a longterm bi-racial marriage. I work with women and Queer Trans, Black, Indigenous and People of Color looking for more love, joy and overall well-being.
