Meet the Consultants:


Natasha Davis, QENO Director

Natasha Davis draws on her 16 years of finance and management experience to help strengthen our region's nonprofit sector. Natasha earned her BS in Accounting from University of North Carolina Greensboro with an Information Systems concentration and her Masters in Public Administration from UNC Wilmington with a Nonprofit Management concentration. Natasha has experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors in the roles of staff member, board member, funder, and consultant.  Natasha started working with QENO in 2010 as a graduate program assistant and has served in multiple roles until being selected as QENO Director in 2013. In 2015, she was recognized as WILMA Magazine's Woman to Watch in the nonprofit category. Natasha leads QENO's operations, programming, and strategic planning efforts.


Beth Gaglione, Branch Director of the Food Bank of Central & Eastern NC at Wilmington

Beth Gaglione has served for almost 20 years in a fundraising and marketing capacity for human service and social justice organizations. Her experience ranges from grassroots organizations to larger entities, including the Greater Cleveland Food Bank, the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina, the Greater Cleveland Committee on Hunger and University Settlement in Cleveland, Ohio.

Beth has managed annual fundraising campaigns ranging from one million to three million dollars. She has been responsible for cultivating and soliciting major donors, board and volunteer development, soliciting corporate sponsorships, grant writing, public relations and managing special events. Beth served from 2012 – 2015 as the Executive Director of Pender Alliance for Teen Health in rural southeastern North Carolina. 

Beth earned her bachelor’s degree at Kent State University in Kent, Ohio and has a master’s degree in Urban Studies from Cleveland State University in Cleveland, Ohio.  She resides in Wilmington, North Carolina.  She currently serves as the Branch Director of the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina at Wilmington. She lives with her husband, an Associate Professor at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, her two children and her dog, Tracy.
