After undergoing my own life-changing physical and mental health transformation, I founded Womstag Fitness to help others who feel stuck and need guidance on where to begin. My journey from feeling lost and overwhelmed to gaining strength, confidence, and mental clarity drives my passion for empowering others, especially busy millennials juggling parenthood and life’s challenges.
With a caring yet results-driven approach, I’m committed to supporting clients in building not just physical strength but mental resilience too. I understand the barriers and anxieties that can come with stepping into a fitness journey, especially if you feel out of touch with your body or unsure where to start. As a certified Trauma-Informed Practitioner, I bring a compassionate, judgment-free approach while ensuring you’re challenged to grow in the right ways.

The Free Fitness Assessment is all about giving you clarity and confidence as you start your fitness journey. In this session, we’ll work together to refine the steps needed to achieve your goals, starting with a comprehensive health and fitness check. This check isn’t just a formality – it’s designed to ensure you’re set up for success by identifying any potential concerns that might need attention before diving in.
Beyond that, we’ll dive deep into your personal goals, what you hope to achieve, and how we can create a customized plan that fits your lifestyle. This is where we map out what’s realistic for you and how you can reach your full potential. You’ll leave the session with a clear vision of your next steps and a training strategy designed just for you.

Prior to the assessment, you’ll complete a secure online form with background health questions that I’ll review in detail. This allows us to focus on your unique needs and goals during the session.
During the assessment, we’ll go through a movement analysis and discuss your fitness objectives, tailoring a plan that fits your lifestyle. To ensure I can observe your movements clearly, please have enough room to move freely without obstruction. You’ll leave the session with a clear, actionable strategy to help you achieve your goals, whether that’s building strength, improving health, or boosting confidence.
