Mahadevi Rojas

Mahadevi is the founder of Puro Ayurveda. She graduated from the California College of Ayurveda as an Ayurveda health counselor in 2019. She is a Sivananda certified yoga teacher and an Ayurvedic yoga therapist. Mahadevi has taught the Ayurveda Yoga Therapy Course with Marisa Larsen, a senior member of the faculty of the California College of Ayurveda, as well as Ayurvedic workshops on the healing path of Ayurveda at the Sivananda Yoga Retreat in Nassau, Bahamas, where she has been a dedicated karma yogi and staff member for the past 10 years. She participated in the Gurukula Program with the renowned Dr. Lad in Pune, India, in 2019, and holds a diploma on Ayurvedic nutrition from the Kerala Academy in Cochin, India.Consultations in English and Spanish.

Annette Shellenbarger, CAS, RN, PKT, is a clinical Ayurvedic practitioner (CAS), a registered nurse, a licensed massage therapist, and a registered yoga teacher. Annette is also a certified Panchakarma technician (PKT), a Marma therapist and Pranic healer, and a graduate from California College of Ayurveda and Kerala Ayurveda Academy. She currently runs her own Ayurvedic wellness clinic in Sarasota, Florida, providing Ayurvedic consultations, Panchakarma and Ayurvedic rejuvenation treatments. Annette also teaches Ayurvedic facial Marma therapy at Life Energy Institute Massage School in Los Angeles, California.Consultations in English and Greek.

Fatima Carine Birck is a faculty member at the University of Santa Cruz do Sul in Brazil, where she teaches courses on Ayurveda. She received a master’s degree in collective health from the University of Rio Grande in Brazil. She has received intensive training as an Ayurvedic therapist at AVP Arya Vaidya Pharmacy Rama Varier School in Coimbatore, India, and has undertaken internships at the Vaidyagrama Village Healing Ayurvedic Hospital in India.Ms. Birck has maintained a clinical Ayurveda practice in her native Brazil for the past 10 years, where she continuously teaches workshops on self-care through Ayurveda.
