Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
This is a 60 minute session with transition time included. BCST is a non-invasive hands-on treatment for the whole body, especially the nervous system. Clients are fully clothed and can choose to receive the session sitting in a chair or laying down on massage table. More info about accessibility and how I practice BCST here.
I accept payment on a sliding scale based on your income, earning power, assets, and access to wealth between $30 and $125 an hour, with 20% of profit going to Tucson Therapy Fund for BIPOC locals. Reach out if you'd like help figuring out how much to pay, or read more here.

This is a 1 on 1 nervous system 101 (or beyond, if desired). We'll talk about how to recognize when your autonomic nervous system is activated (and what that means), why it happens, and how to support your nervous system and feel more equipped for ups and downs. It's totally not necessary to share personal info, but you're welcome to, if you'd like more tailored and specific input.
Nerd hour sessions can be online or in-person. Text me at the number listed in your booking confirmation to request a session via zoom.
