Crystal Passmore is the CEO and Principal Consultant of Evolution Financial & Business Services LLC, a Financial Advisory and Consulting Firm dedicated to maximizing cash flow by supporting a solid financial foundation for businesses and families. She has 25 years of experience working with multi-billion-dollar corporations with 15 of those years, specifically in Accounting and Finance roles. As such, she has been heavily involved in operations, finance, accounting, budgeting, systems integration, process & procedure creation and policy implementation, and project management.
Ms. Passmore also has more than 8 ½ years in the financial services industry with hands-on market analysis and budgetary management experience. As a consultant, she has worked with billion-dollar national organizations as well as small pre-startup businesses within various industries to assist them with business planning, financial strategies, wealth management, and lending services. She has received several rewards for significant business impact and saved companies millions. Her experience has allowed her to obtain a unique and broad range of skills and knowledge, that provides here with the ability to strategically evolve anyone’s financial positioning. She is dedicated to putting businesses and families first! She has a passion and drive to help her clients realize a powerful financial future.
Crystal obtained a BS in Accounting with a concentration in money and finance from Guilford College. She will receive a certification in Financial Compliance and Regulation from Boston University School of Law in the Spring of 2019 and is a fully licensed insurance agent.
She is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, The Association of Finance & Accounting and holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. Crystal also serves as a business counselor at CPCC, providing expertise in the areas of finance, accounting, financial literacy, and business plan development.
