About the company
Licensed and insured with rental prices starting at $140! Providing memories and joy to families and their children for any occasion! We are based in Harvest, AL and provide free delivery up to 10 miles out, will delivery beyond 10 miles for $1 per mile (i.e. 15 miles = $5 extra, to help cover gas, maintenance, and time), starting at 20mi each additional mi is $2/mi. Serving Huntsville, Madison, Athens, Limestone, Elkmont, Toney, Ardmore, Meridianville, New Market, Hazel Green, Gurley, Owens Cross Roads, Decatur, Redstone Arsenal, and surrounding communities.
*Important booking Information: There is a 10 min time limit to complete booking and if you leave and come back the inflatable is held until it times out and will appear already booked - just wait a few minutes and it'll release again.
1) Cancellation Policy:
-Rescheduling for any reason is permitted at any time (Subject to availability - contact us).
-Deposit refunds are available (MINUS NON-refundable payment processing fees, $1.03 as of writing this, subject to change), if done at least 2 weeks prior to the event or anytime for precipitation (rain/sleet/snow), lightning/storms, or winds 20+MPH.
2) Please use the comments box when making the reservation for anything you may need to bring to our attention (special needs, requesting specific drop off/pick up times or instructions, etc.). If wanting a 2+ day rental or multiple bounce houses use comments to let us know.
3) To complete the reservation process a $25 deposit is required, which goes toward your rental cost. We will collect the remaining balance due when we set up your rental, we do not keep cards on file. If desired you may prepay when we send the invoice, however as with deposits if invoice is prepaid and a refund is requested it is MINUS NON-refundable payment processing fees, but typically payment is done after we setup.
4) This system will not provide you with a total automatically, we will add the total the comments block in your booking (it'll generate a booking change email), typically within 24hrs of reservation. If you do not see the email(s) from simplybook.me check spam.
