An asylum inmate, who is a psychopath planned his escape route from the asylum. Before leaving, he went on a killing spree. He killed several inmates and staffs whoever comes in his way. Seeing this, some of the asylum staffs lock themselves inside the killer's ward. Knowing that they have no other way to go, the killer locked the ward outside and went on killing rest of the inmates. Now the staffs must find a way out from the asylum before the killer returns.

A terrorist organization took a group of scientists hostage and coerced them into developing a biological weapon. Once the weapon was created, the terrorists trapped the scientists in a testing facility and activated the weapon to assess its effectiveness. The scientists have a limited window of 60 minutes to disable the bio weapon and flee from the testing facility.
