Chiefs Son Distillery produces award winning beautiful Single Malt Whisky on the Mornington Peninsula. We invite you to visit our Distillery tasting room to sample our range of whiskies. *Renowned for its complex, smooth and full-flavoured styles of award-winning whisky, Chief's Son Distillery is one of the largest family-owned and operated distilleries in Australia and the only whisky distillery on the Mornington Peninsula. Visit our Distillery door for a guided whisky tasting or Immerse yourself in this vibrant distillery during a guided tour with the Head Distiller, where you'll learn about the distilling process from malt to maturation, how their whiskies are crafted and how they source the ingredients and barrels. Awaken your tastebuds as you sample four of their unique single malt whiskies, or choose a tour that pairs the whisky with a carefully curated cheeseboard by Boatshed Cheese.
