The Chefs Table is an intimate experience hosted by the culinary leaders to showcase the process of food preparation. You will see the involvement and support of our many premium suppliers’ to showcase the produce – wagyu and lamb from Flinders & Co, fruit and vegetables from Scicluna’s, fresh local seafood from Clams. You will witness first hand the end to end processes involved in creating these delightful dishes.
• To be set in the main kitchen
