Need a space for a meeting with your clients or prospects at Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo?

Sales associates can book a private space within the Sales Meeting Center during the conference. Space is available for groups of 2-12 at up to 60 minute increments. Each meeting room will have a screen, laptop connection and a whiteboard.

Please note associates submitting meeting room requests must be approved and registered to attend the in-person conference (Unless the booker is making the reservation on behalf of a registered associate). An associate must be present during the meeting onsite and these are not to be used for client only meeting rooms. For questions surrounding associate registration for the conference, please contact your manager and/or your continent ops lead.

All meeting participants must be registered for the conference in order to proceed with the booking. Once confirmed, the meeting will be added to both the attendee and associate’s agenda on Conference Navigator within 3 Business Days.
