Gartner for Global Chief Supply Chain Officers, Gartner for Chief Supply Chain Officers, Gartner for Chief Procurement Officer Standalone/Team Leaders, Enterprise Supply Chain Leaders Standalone/Team Leaders, Majestic prospects and Enterprise Elite Prospects can book a private space at Gartner Supply Chain Planning Summit at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix, AZ during the conference to meet with their team, take a phone call or get some work done. Member Meeting Rooms are available for groups of up to 6 at up to 60 minute increments. The meeting room check-in desk is located in Wildflower C just outside the Exclusive Member Lounge (EML). POC Rooms are available for groups of up to 6 at up to 60 minute increments as well, and those rooms are located across the hall in Grand Canyon 5 (across the hall). Please check in for your meeting at the member meeting center check in desk before getting started. Please note all meeting attendees must be approved and registered to attend the in-person conference. You must be present for the meeting and check in with your client and/or prospect. For questions surrounding associate registration for the conference, please contact your manager and/or your continent ops lead. Once confirmed, the meeting will be added to both the attendee and associate’s agenda on Conference Navigator within 1 week of the conference.Pre-Conference:
