Kat Pickering is a professional stunt rider, classical dressage and liberty instructor.
You may have seen Kat’s spellbinding performing at last year’s Uffington White Horse Show. She has worked on TV and film productions including Wonder Woman 1984, Emmerdale, All Creatures Great and Small, & Peaky Blinders
Kat’s aim is to show people how to develop a deeper relationship between horse and rider, both from on top and on the ground.
Private lessons are 45 minutes and can be be either classical dressage or liberty.

Julia has over 26 years experience working with riders from all disciplines, to assist improvement in their own, and their horse's, balance, co-ordination, flexibility, proprioception and postural correctness. The techniques used develop the rider’s understanding of correct training methodologies, how their body can impact on the balance of the horse and therefore how to allow the horse to perform to its optimum. (Other benefits may include reduced rider back ache and joint pain once better absorption of movement is achieved) She has her Level 1 & 2 certificate in correct absorption and dispersal of movement by the rider for maximum efficiency in the performance horse and is an NLP Practitioner. She works regularly with vet and physio referrals to assist rehabilitation.

What is the Testt® process?
Andrew Thomas, a Chartered Physiotherapy with 32 years’ plus experience has developed a process for identifying and treating pelvic asymmetry – the Testt process. Andy has assessed over 14,000 riders from elite Olympic athletes to complete amateur novices riding in all disciplines, identifying 3 different types of pelvic asymmetry and correction. His process involves assessing riders on their horse then correcting their asymmetry using resistance bands, taping techniques and coaching skills. This can have a profound effect on both rider and horse performance. Jules La Garde has completed the Testt® Certified Coaches intensive education programme, developing knowledge of the Testt® process and common asymmetries. She uses a hands off approach using functional testing exercises to identify and correct off horse asymmetries. N.B. Jules as a Testt® Certified Coaches is NOT a therapist or practitioner and has not been educated in any hands on therapy modality to correct asymmetries. The assessment sessions offered will be 75 mins per rider, with Jules providing a series of ground based assessments (not physiotherapy). Follow up review sessions of riders previously assessed by Andy Thomas are also available and are 45 mins.
Please note that as some of the assessment will be unmounted after a ridden warm up, all riders will need to bring a helper with them to hold the horse in between the initial ridden assessment and post activation session.
