The online version of my one on one consultations will allow for a thorough discussion of your goals and training history. If you really can't use skype we can also use Whatsapp video, Facetime or just have a phone conversation. The ChampFitx4 Challenge will be where you get started and will inform our team of how we can assist you. You may also be interested in taking on a workout regime on your web camera and relaying your perceived exertion back to me. Following your consultation you will receive a 30 day written plan detailing your ideal workout regime and nutrition plan, including full calorie breakdown, macro nutrient split etc.
