About the company
Making your parks the best they can be, for everybody.
Your Park Bristol & Bath is a locally based charity that uses Bristol and Bath’s parks to deliver positive social change through three key themes:
· Access – championing, enabling and consulting locals to improve access to parks, so that everyone can feel safe, enjoy and benefit from parks and green spaces.
· Health – improving mental health and wellbeing of communities through initiatives that provide outdoor wellbeing activities for people in need.
· Nature – creating, enhancing and maintaining natural habitats through organised community gardening sessions, contributing to the Ecological Emergency Action Plans.

A unique experience, connecting you in fresh air...
At Your Park, we believe that team building is about more than just completing tasks and ticking boxes. We offer unique and meaningful experiences that will bring your team together, boost morale, and leave everyone feeling energised and inspired.
Plus by choosing a Your Park Team Day, you will be supporting a charity-led social enterprise. All profits are reinvested back into community projects from in nature therapy and rewilding community spaces.
Everything you do will leave a permanent, positive mark. And, we'll work with you to ensure your Day is fun, meaningful and takes place at a time which suits you, no matter how large your team.
Spring and Summer
Save water, suppress weeds and improve the soil around trees and plants by mulching.Make a permanent mark by building nature ponds, steps, pathways and benches.Build bug hotels and dead hedges, giving thousands of species a new home and source of food.Breathe in parks' microscopic organisms which promote production of serotonin, the 'happy hormone'.Get stuck-in to The Big Clean Up in low income neighbourhoods where access to parks is vital for health. Restore urban spaces through weeding beds and hard surface areas, edging paths, clearing litter or cutting back. Some parks host Roots to Wellbeing so you can give participants with complex mental health conditions a safe space for their next life changing session too.Autumn and Winter
Lock-in carbon and support biodiversity by planting trees, hedgerows, bulbs and wildflower meadows.Try your hands at coppicing, a woodland management technique dating all the way back to the Stone Age.Give scything a go. Some say that the rhythmic movement of the blade resembles tai chi, inducing mindfulness in nature. The blade is a win for wildlife too, giving insects and animals space to to move away and eliminating polluting lawn mowers.
