I’ve been watching my work over the time doing Lashes & I see a big growth in my work.
My goal is to keep my beautiful clients a big smile & happy !!
DEPOSIT POLICY $
-Remaining balance cash only !!!
-If paying with cash app you will have to send and extra $5 with your balance (NO EXCEPTIONS)
-The deposit is NONREFUNDABLE !!
TIME MANAGEMENT POLICY!!
-if anything comes up where you have to reschedule prior 24 hours of your appointment you may reschedule and you won’t have to pay your deposit again for a reschedule appointment.
-you have with in (3) days to reschedule your appointment if not , you will have to schedule a new appointment & pay a new deposit!!
-Lash minute cancellation , no longer can book again.
-NO CALL? NO SHOW? NO APPOINTMENT & will be charged full amount.
-After (5 minutes) LATE it will be an additional $5 to your balance
-After (10 minutes ) LATE it will be an additional $10 to your balance
-Anything else after 10 minutes you will have to reschedule & pay another deposit!!
REFUND POLICY
-only time refunds are issued out,if I can’t perform my work duties or I cancel your appointment for personal/ emergency reasons.
-PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR BOOKING THE CORRECT SERVICE, YOU WILL BE CHARGE FOR WHATEVER SERVICE YOU CHOOSE !!
SALON POLICY
-Arrive with clean lashes !!! NO MAKEUP OR LASH GLUE. If your lashes are dirty a lash bath is required which is an additional $10 of charge.
-NO USING PHONES DURING APPOINTMENTS!! IF YOU CONSTANTLY MOVING OR OPENING YOUR EYES I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SERVICE YOU!!
VIP SERVICES
-Squeeze in’s which is same day appointments or booking appointments after bookings close ($25 additional fee to services).

-BEFORE BOOKING APPOINTMENT MAKE SURE YOU AGREE TO ALL POLICY AND Regulations.
