Appointment slots

Before one can see the dates on which there are appointment slots available they need to click through the dates. It would be nice if days with available appointment slots were visible before having to click on the dates. Dates that are fully booked can be crossed out in the calendar or marked in red and dates with available slots can be marked in green for instance.

On the homepage there is no clear information on how this online application works. There should be a detailed description of how the online platform works and all the steps and requirements. We do not need your "About us" on the homepage.

Good service

It was very easy it took me 20 mins didn’t wait in any queue I think it’s important to note that most employees don’t know the parameters of the service yet and also because of the confusion associated with pressure at the passport office it’s important to ask always and highlight that ur there on appointment otherwise you will be accidentally directed to a queue Hope this helps

Express Passport

I can't differentiate between the express passport and the ordinary one. This website says the former costs USD$200 but I need the ordinary one. So how best can i get it? Somebody help?

Website Address too long to be cloned by scammers

This address will be easily copied or cloned by scammers. They can change or replace a word from your domain, and most Zim citizens will not be aware of that, so they will start scamming people. Already At the moment, there are many scam websites that are claiming to offer online passports. This is a breakthrough for these scammers. I would suggest a website with a few words or even the existing registry gov website, i. e. rg. gov. zw Then, from the registry website, you link the tab that directs people to your page.
