After spending a couple years working within the fitness industry in the UK, I returned in 2006 to Stellenbosch to complete a BSc and Honours degree in Sport Science and Biokinetics respectively. I then had the privilege of working within the Biokinetics Unit of Mercedes Benz South Africa where manual laborers and office staff alike could enjoy unlimited access to acute and ongoing therapy, rehabilitation, conditioning and massage.
After a stint of adventure travel, I moved to South Korea and spent the better part of three years using my training as a Biokineticist, Spinning instructor and Cross Fit coach at an exclusively Korean establishment. What an incredibly humbling and satisfying challenge.
With a primary passion for the incredible effects that massage can have on the body as well the mind, it has been my joy to combine all the elements of my background to provide the most specialized massage for my clients’ individual needs since Social Wellness' inception in 2016.
