Improvement in Overall Health and Quality of Life

My First Appointment

It was my first time seeing Dr Shen today. So far I’m pleased with my experience. Dr Shen was very caring and thorough during the consult and appointment. I received acupuncture and could immediately feel the energy starting to flow and my digestive fires starting up. She kept checking to see that I was comfortable and afterwards sent me home with some herbs to take. I’m looking forward to future appointments and the road to wellness. Happy to have found Dr Shen.

A Life & Shoulder Saver

Due to Dr, Jing's acupuncture & cupping treatments I have been able to avoid surgery for repair of a hole in my rotator cuff. Not only am I pain free but I can raise my arm above my head and swim laps using a breast stroke for 1 hour daily.

Digestive and Gut help

Dr. Shen is wonderful! She is a very caring & intuitive doctor. I have seen improvement from the treatments for digestive and gut health issues. The staff is so helpful and kind, too. Excellent Care

I am so glad I found Life Essentials Acupuncture! The doctors and staff are amazing and kind. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Shen’s for almost a year and her treatments have been the only thing that helped relieve the extreme fatigue, brain fog, pain, and other symptoms of severe Long-haul Covid. Before seeing her, I spent over a year trying everything the medical doctors suggested for Long-haul Covid symptoms, but barely anything helped, and some things they suggested made me worse. Fast forward to today and now, after receiving care from Dr. Shen, ALL the symptoms continuously improve. I am confident I will soon get my life back after losing so much to this terrible condition. I trust the doctors at Life Essentials Acupuncture, and I highly recommend their services to anyone interested in using acupuncture to improve their health.

The last hope

I had migraines for more than 20 years and acupuncture was my last hope. I started seeing Dr.Shen two months ago and after 3 days after my first acupuncture session, my sleep was improved. My migraines are less intense and less frequent, which is a great improvement, but I am aware that is a process, not an overnight miracle and I will continue to see Dr.Shen. Dr. Shen is very caring and knowledgeable. She and Dr. Zhu are an excellent team.

Comprehensive care

The Last Straw

In January 2021 I was diagnosed with a hole in my rotator cuff. Suffering from a genetic condition and unable to have surgery I turned to Dr. Shen. Through her acupuncture and cupping treatments I am able to swim and have complete range of motion in that arm. All the doctors could recommend was cortisone shots for pain. I DON'T have any pain!!! following Dr. Shen's treatments.

Routinely relieved by an absolute professional

I've been a lot of places across the country, and many times (lost count after 50+ treatments). I go here weekly, and will continue indefinitely. For lower back issues.
