Great staff, pricing, location

Prices are competitive with every other reputable place I've found in the area, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Being able to book an appointment online makes staying on top of regular maintenance easy. Bonus points for their location - I love being able to drop my car off for an oil change and walk to one of the many great restaurants nearby for lunch, then return to find my car ready and waiting for me!

Very Trustworthy

I've been coming to Precision Tune as long as I've had a car. I can always trust that they will give me the best advice without trying to make buck on things I don't need. Everything is explained very clearly and carefully, and everyone who works there obviously loves what they do. I feel comfortable calling with questions anytime.

Exceptional Experience

Staff is very kind and genuine. I was treated great, referred to by first name and got lots of useful advice about my car without a sales pitch. Great price too! I think it also says a lot about the staff that during my oil change they were discussing star wars, said the phrase "I feel" more than I'd ever heard at a mechanic, and then correctly gendered a trans woman who came in, reassuring her very genuinely that her car is okay and safe. They made it very clear that they really care and told her that they couldn't in good conscience let her drive away in an unsafe car. This is a very special shop for our community.

Great Work

Oil change in 25 minutes, fluids topped off, brakes and tires checked and I'm ready for my road trip. Love this place!

Well Satified

First time here and i was impressed with the friendliness of Jax when I arrived. I had an appointment for an oil change and all was done as scheduled. I’ll be back.

Top notch service

I brought my car in for an oil change and brake work. The work was completed promptly, the service was friendly and professional, and they were able to fix my parking brake for a minimal cost. I have been going there for several years, and they never disappoint.
