It was a completely bad experience
I booked through the website for 4:00 PM, and unfortunately, the designer wasn't there. She doesn't even work that day. The supervisors asked me to return at 8:00 PM, and unfortunately, I wasn't served again. In short, it was a completely bad experience. I went to neighboring furniture stores, and their service was more than excellent, despite the lack of a booking. You can cancel the design service if you are unable to provide it.

Appointment
Vet bad experience I booked an appointment and went there sharply on time after I received the confirmation To be told that the person is not available and she is off today

Nice staff, but bad site and customer service
The selection online is overwhelming. The search function doesn't work right so I booked for design services. There was no address listed and the contact person in the email wasn't a valid email address. I called customer service and they sent me to the wrong store. When I showed up, there were no design reps available, so I ended up just not buying anything. The designs look great, but I hope they will get things together.
