Welcome to Ashley's Peaceful Palette, where I offer a range of services that are designed to help you achieve balance and harmony in your life. Based in Mesa, as a certified therapeutic art-life coach with a degree in childhood development, I am here to provide support through expressive and creative workshops to help you on your journey towards personal fulfillment. With my tailored approach to coaching, tutoring, & painting classes, I help our clients to tap into their full potential, uncover their strengths and overcome obstacles. My goal is to create a nurturing and supportive environment where you can unleash your creativity and unlock your inner wisdom. I offer 1:1 coaching, expressive and creative group shops for all ages, and mobile paint & sip parties. Tarot readings are also offered for additional spiritual guidance! All sessions are designed for YOU! Expressive and creative arts is a holistic therapeutic process in which creative art exercises are used to express emotions and feelings through an inner dialogue of the heart (right side of brain) and mind (left side of brain). My role as an expressive arts facilitator is to help children identify and navigate their emotions through connections of colors, and I will provide guidance on their own unique journey of self-discovery through creative processes. Different techniques and exercises are integrated to help explore the intuitive, imagistic right side of the brain to promote creativity and self-expression while in a relaxed, safe, supportive, and encouraging atmosphere. The primary focus is working with the flow of the creative process, which allows connection of the self in a unique, powerful, and quiet way. This inner landscape leads to experiences of joyful transformation, boost confidence and self-esteem, awaken creative spirit, promote playfulness, incorporate socio-emotional regulation, and open a fuller expression of authentic self. Through undemanding exercises, including simple writing and easy image making with multimedia, children will feel allowed to feel wholeness, healing, and well-being. No artistic or creative skill is necessary, just willingness to be open and explore. Examples of session and workshop themes include effective coping techniques for stress management, anger management, conflict resolution, expressing feelings constructively not destructively, self-empowerment, creative enhancement, mindfulness and self-discovery.Book with me today!
