This is suitable for all levels of dribbling ability with the option for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. The system will score your attempt out of 100 every time meaning you can challenge yourself or your friends.

This class will get a lot of shots up with a focus on form shooting with the correct technique, catch and shoot and shooting off the dribble. This sessions will be run in shooting bays or a half court when available.

At Ball360 we also have advanced shot tracking which provide instant feedback using cutting edge science and technology. Here at Ball360 making shots in work outs is no longer good enough and we not only monitor an athletes missed shot but we can actually tell you how precise a players made shot is too.  Our technology is simply one of a kind and not commonly seen in Australia before.

We also offer dribbling classes if you are wanting to work on your technique in that area separately.

Kids Shooting Machine (Casual) is a 15-minute basketball shooting machine that utilizes a rebounding machine specifically designed for young children aged between 3 and 7 years old. Our rebounding machine simulates the larger adult version, providing kids a fun and age-appropriate basketball experience. This service is perfect for parents seeking to introduce their young children to basketball, as adult supervision and assistance are required during the session. Join us for an enjoyable shooting experience, where kids will learn the necessary skills to excel in the sport.

Has played at NBL1 level and is currently the captain of the Keysborough Cougars State Champ Mens team.

VertiMax (Casual) is a 30-minute fitness session designed to improve your vertical jump and lower body strength. Using VertiMax equipment, you will work to complete a series of exercises that strengthen your muscles and help you jump higher than ever before. This is perfect for athletes looking to improve their agility, endurance and overall fitness, amateurs looking for a fun workout, or anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level.

Our dibbling classes are specially designed to work on your ball handling.

Our dribbling bays are equipped with the latest technology that develops athletes ball handling by simulating the exact movements and skills that are needed to excel on the court. The workout categories were designed specifically to cover all aspects of what makes a great ball handler and player on the court. With the infrared sensor technology, you can do NBA combine training and copy your favourite players moves such as Steph Curry, LeBron James, Kyrie Irving & Trey Young.

We also offer shooting classes if you are wanting to work on your technique in that area separately.

Our School Holiday Program - Day is a fun-filled basketball program for children aged 6 to 15 years old. Running on the following days: Tues 2/04 & Mon 8/02.

Our program is designed to keep children active, entertained, and engaged during their school holiday. Participants can expect to learn the fundamentals of basketball such as dribbling, shooting, passing, and defending. Our program runs from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm each day, and the cost is $90 per day.

This School Holiday Program - Day is an elite basketball program for athletes aged 9 to 16 years old. Running for the following days: Wed 3/04, Tues 9/04.

This program is skill based and only recommended for athletes that play representative basketball as it will be a high intensity day and run by elite coaches.

Includes High Performance training with the Hoops Culture High Performance team in the morning, followed by on courts skills after morning tea break, followed by game play after lunch and finishing with the recovery pools (be sure to bring bathers & a towel).

Our program runs from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm each day, and the cost is $99 per day.

Dry compression recovery session ( Tournament Special) for 45 minutes, total cost $15 per athlete. There are 7 x NormaTec units available for use.

Wet recovery team sessions (Tournament Special) for 30 minutes, total cost $120 max 12 athletes. This gives a team access to the large hot and cold magnesium recovery pools.
