About the company
Welcome to bodiworks Sports Massage & Soft Tissue TherapyOur therapists have all trained at the renowned London School of Sports Massage (LSSM) and hold the BTEC Level 5 Professional Diploma qualification in Soft Tissue Therapy which allows us to use a number of advanced techniques including neuromuscular, soft tissue release, muscle energy, myofascial and positional release to treat injuries and pain throughout the body.
Evenings and weekends are generally available, please use the online booking system by clicking on the button at the top of this page or contact us directly to see if other appointments are available. Our clinic room is based in Stubbington and we fully comply with ISRM (Institute for Soft Tissue Therapists) COVID guidelines.

Jan Shaw Bsc Hons.
I trained with the renowned London School of Sports Massage (LSSM) and hold the ISRM BTEC Level 5 Professional Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy. Since then I have continued training, gaining qualifications in taping and cupping. More recently I studied Manual Lymphatic Drainage at the Lymphoedema Training Academy and also trained as a Restore Scar Therapy Practioner.
Whether you are sporty but suffering from "niggles", a desk worker or driver with "poor posture", busy professional, awaiting an operation, recovering from a procedure, there is something we can do to treat and support you. It is a real pleasure and privilege to be able to offer high standard therapies that can actually make a genuine difference.
I am a member of ISRM, which is the association of Soft Tissue Therapists and am fully insured by Balens Insurance. I work from my own private treatment room in Hill Head and offer flexible appointments to suit you.

Cliff Shaw BSc Hons.
Cliff holds a BTEC/LSSM Level 5 Professional Diploma in Soft Tissue and Remedial Massage which is the highest recognised sports massage qualification in the United Kingdom and enables him to work as fully insured Soft Tissue and Remedial Massage Therapist. Since then he has continued training, gaining additional qualifications in Kinesio taping and dry cupping.
Qualified to treat musculoskeletal conditions, complaints, injuries or dysfunction, Cliff strives to provide an individualised service of the highest quality and standard possible. He is often seen at running events where he enjoys providing soft tissue therapy and massage support to competitors.
Alongside soft tissue therapy, Cliff is a qualified England Athletics Leader in Run Fitness ( LiRF) and leads running groups with his local running club, Stubbington Green Runners. In his spare time, Cliff enjoys playing the saxophone, running, cycling and swimming. He has completed a number of triathlons, long distance cycle rides and marathons.
