About the company
Amanda Brown is an experienced home decor professional with years of experience in the home staging and home decorating industry. She has experience working with homeowners looking to refresh and redecorate, sellers looking to get their home ready for sale, and luxury vacant properties needing full furnishings and decor. She is also a registered nurse with experience caring for critically ill patients, managing large teams and departments, and is currently an adjunct nursing professor.

This can be done on the same day for all parties to discuss and make the best marketing plan for that home. A checklist will be provided to the sellers, as well as a detailed room-by-room recommendation of all items needing to be removed or cleaned up prior to photos. Additional add ons include an additional styling session with existing decor, styling with items brought in, or a full vacant staging in partnership with a local staging company. Photography will soon be available as well, with a 1 day turnaround. Co-branding options include creation of social media marketing posts, MLS listing descriptions, flyers and postcards.
